Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Carrier Restrictions

We currently ship only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not offer expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS, or other private carriers at this time due to restrictions on hemp-derived products.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to verify age and identity prior to shipment and may cancel orders that cannot be verified.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws and evolving regulatory environments, we are unable to ship certain products to specific states:

  • We do not ship any products to California at this time.

 

  • THC-A Products may not be shipped to the following states: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island.

 

  • Delta-8 THC Products may not be shipped to the following states: Arkansas (AR), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Massachusetts (MA), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Vermont (VT), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV).

 

Compliance with Federal Law

All hemp-derived products sold by our company contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, as required by the 2018 Federal Farm Bill (Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115-334). However, some states have adopted more restrictive policies regarding cannabinoids such as Delta-8 THC, Delta-10, THC-A, HHC, and others. It is your responsibility to understand your state’s laws before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales on MuhaCBD.com are final.

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please be advised that we are unable to process or issue refunds for any packages marked “Return to Sender.” These shipments will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.

We encourage all customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we may address the issue appropriately.
